I can't pinpoint the exact moment I fell in love with technology, but if I had to guess, it was probably the day I loaded up Spyro on my PS1, at just three years old. Fast forward to today, and not much has changed.

I'm still that same kid, geeking out over the latest iPhone drop or whatever Microsoft just announced. That curiosity never switched off, it just became a career. Now I spend my days keeping organisations running, fixing things before anyone notices they're broken, and quietly getting obsessed with where AI fits into all of it.

How the story unfolded

Four years. Three organisations. A lot of problems solved. Here's the timeline.

December
2020

Bachelor of Commerce, Macquarie University

Graduated mid-pandemic, which wasn't exactly ideal, but I got it done. Double major in Information Systems & Marketing, which basically means I can speak fluent tech and translate it for everyone else in the room.

April
2021

IT Support Analyst at Enero Group

My first real job, and they threw me in the deep end. Supporting 400+ users across five global companies: Macs, Windows, cloud rollouts, the full stack. I built processes that actually stuck, kept things running across time zones, and got recognised for it.

Named Most Dynamic Employee in 2022 and 2023. Not a bad start.

IT Contractor at Élever Media

While at Enero, I also ran IT solo for a boutique social media agency on the side. Built their website from scratch, set up servers and VPNs, wrangled their email infrastructure, and project managed a full office move. The kind of gig where you wear every hat, and I genuinely loved it.

One of the genuine highlights of my career so far. Got sent to Japan for work, met teams from across the globe, saw how different organisations run their tech, and came home with a perspective you really can't get any other way.

Beyond the usual access and device management, my focus is on finding the slow, manual processes and automating them out of existence using Workato and AI tooling. If something's being done by hand more than twice, it's a candidate for a flow.
